Product features:

1. Use high density polyethylene (HDPE) material, can be divided into single side or double side plastic pallet.

2. Hard texture, cold resistance and heat resistance, high chemical stability, acid and alkali resistance and organic solvent, non-toxic and tasteless;

3. According to different requirements, can be stacked with each other or placed on the racking for use;

4. Single-sided plastic pallet can only be used on one side, the surface has two kinds of mesh and flat plate, and the bottom has H, T, and J type.

5. Double-sided plastic pallet has the same surface on both sides of the pallet, and the surface has two kinds of mesh and flat plate. The two sides can be exchanged. To use one-side or double-side pallet should be determined according to the corresponding storage, loading, unloading and handling equipment and placement status. 

6. The load capacity of plastic pallet includes static load, dynamic load and load on the rack( if the plastic pallet will be placed on the racking).

Static load is the maximum load of the bottom plastic pallet when they are stacked;

Dynamic load is the maximum load of the pallet when it is carried by hydraulic handling equipment or forklift.

Load on the rack is the maximum load of the pallet when it is placed on a racking.
