Project Overview:

VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Pallet Racking boosts warehouse space‑utilization by narrowing working aisles. To realize high‑density storage together with digital inventory control, Sunnyrack built an integrated solution combining VNA racks, three‑way forklifts and the WMS warehouse management system.

All incoming goods are loaded on pallets with unique QR‑code labels. Operators scan pallet QR‑codes for inbound tasks, and the WMS system assigns target storage locations.     

Guided by WMS instructions, the three‑way forklift transports pallets to assigned positions. Its on‑board screen delivers clear operation prompts, greatly simplifying high‑level storage work. After pallet placement, staff scan QR‑codes on rack beams, feeding real‑time location data back to WMS to align physical goods with system records and prevent inventory errors.
