Sunnyrack Successfully Completes Steel Platform Project : Maximum the utilization rate of the warehouse space

Zhejiang XXX Company is based in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. The company is engaged in hardware parts processing and foreigh-trade export business.

After learning about Sunnyrack online and through our official website, the customer got in touch with our team. Our sales engineers visited the customer’s warehouse for on-site investigation and field measurement.                       

After analysis and discussion, we customized a steel platform solution for the client. We installed two layers of steel platforms, with one layer for the production line and the other for storing goods. This way, production and storage can be carried out simultaneously, significantly improving the utilization rate of the warehouse space.

Project Overview:

Steel Platform has become one of the most popular methods for expanding storage capacity in recent years.No welding is required,no pouring in needed,and the installation is simple and fast.

Based on the actual condition of the warehouse,our engineers designed a two-layer steel platform structure.The floor height is 3.5 meters,the maximum span is 7.5 meters,and the load capacity reaches 1 ton per square meter.This design perfectly meets the needs of customers.The first floor can be used to place some processing lines,and the second floor can be used to store hardware accessories.Through this way,the entire height space of the warehouse can be utilized reasonably.And this project has been successfully delivered and received high praise from the customer.
