Project Overview:

Anhui XXX Company in Wuhu is based in Wuhu, Anhui Province. The company focuses on the production of new aluminum materials and automotive lightweight components.

After learning about Sunnyrack online and through our website, the customer contacted us. Following a brief discussion, our sales engineers traveled to Wuhu on the same day to conduct an on-site warehouse assessment and design the optimal solution. Through in-depth discussions and a clear understanding of the customer’s storage needs, Sunnyrack customized a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) racking solution for them. The project has been successfully commissioned and is now in use, receiving high praise from the customer.

VNA Pallet Racking Solution Customization: 

1. Based on the actual layout of the warehouse site, the technical engineer designed narrow aisles of 1.8 meters in width, with different heights for Area A and Area B. This design maximizes warehouse space utilization and achieves a high storage capacity of 3,690 storage positions. This warehouse is equipped with two three-way forklifts for the transportation of goods.

2. To accommodate the heavy load capacity of the customer's goods, each shelf layer is equipped with wire mesh decking securely fastened to the box beams, ensuring stable storage of the goods.

3. Respecting the customer's aesthetic needs, simple silver upright frames and green box beams were designed.

Rack Levels: 3 beam levels, 4 storage levels/4 beam levels, 5 storage levels

Rack Load Capacity: 500 kg per pallet, each layer of the shelves stores 2 pallets.
