Radio Shuttle Rack System is a semi-automated high-density storage racking system, which uses an automatic device to move in the paellt rail and forth for transportation, forklift pick up at the end. It’s a good way for drive in racking system using in cold storage, food and beverage industry and other low level of SKU.

The shuttle racking system contains a specific rack and a mobile shuttle. The shuttle cart is used together with forklift to separate the storage and transport processes of goods. The shuttle pick the goods in and out of storage with wireless remote control, while the forklift transports the goods. The forklift doesn't enter the rack lane. The storage command for goods is sent by forklift operator through wireless remote controller. The operator can also terminate the action under execution by shuttle through wireless remote control. The first goods allocation at the entrance is where the forklift moves in and out the goods.

The Pallet Shuttle Rack System could work either as FIFO or as LIFO, so it is a highly efficient alternative to Live storage and Drive-In Racking in such situations as:
