Raw materials of rack we usually use is Shousteel, Baosteel, Ansteel and other steel Q235B materials, because the chemical composition of steel Q235B contains higher carbon and manganese, which has high strength and elongation. Some small manufacturers usually use raw materials of the miscellaneous small steel mills in order to save costs, and even replaced with Q195 materials. Their surface do not see any difference, but it’s easy to cause deformation or even fracture after using a long time. 2. Why are the same powder sprayed products, some are easy to rust?

Because some small manufacturers use the indoor powder, while our racks are used outdoor powder spray. The difference between two spray is 500 yuan/ton. The outdoor powder has a higher corrosion resistance after special formula and processing, and can resist ultraviolet radiation, humidity, rain, high and low temperatures and other harsh environmental conditions.

3 The thicker material of rack is better?

In fact, it isn’t. As long as the selection of materials to meet your needs on the load, it’s okay. The thickness of the material undoubtedly increases the costs for you. There are many manufacturers use deflection L/200 as the beam selection criteria in order to save cost, which will be no a problem in short time, but it is easy to deformation or even fracture for a long time.
