Sunnyrack has successfully delivered a customized steel platform system for a large-scale cold storage warehouse project, covering a total area of over 3,500 square meters. The warehouse required a high-performance storage solution with minimal ground-level obstruction and excellent durability under cold and humid conditions.

To meet the client's needs, our engineering team designed uprights with a height of nearly 6 meters, supporting a load capacity of 1200kg/sqm. The client specifically requested fewer support uprights to reduce ground-level space occupation and improve warehouse movement and logistics efficiency. To achieve this, we strategically increased the upright span to 6 meters, minimizing the number of uprights and maximizing usable space on the ground level. This advanced structural approach not only maintains stability but also enhances overall warehouse workflow.

For the flooring level, we selected a hollow-out floor deck design, which is ideal for cold storage environments where moisture and condensation are common. The hollow design allows water to drip down to the ground floor, preventing water accumulation and effectively reducing the risk of rust and corrosion on the platform surface. This ensures long-term durability and lowers maintenance costs. To ensure heavy-duty load-bearing performance, the steel platform is equipped with double support bars, providing extra stability and strength under heavy loads. This makes the structure ideal for storing goods in bulk and handling high-traffic warehouse operations.
