VNA Pallet Racking of a Logistic Company in Hebei

In late month, the very narrow aisle (VNA) pallet racking was successfully completed testing and warehouse commission. The logistics center has many kinds of products, the placement is slightly chaotic, and the workers are inconvenient to access the good. Due to the limited area of the logistics center, they hoped to make full use of the warehouse space. After in-depth and continuous communication between the two sides, we recommended very narrow aisle (VNA) pallet racking.

VNA pallet racking has so many advantages: (1) saving space and improving the warehouse utilization rate; (2) Reasonable placement of raw materials to improve the efficiency of accessing goods; (3) Reasonable control of safety issues during the use of the warehouse. VNA pallet racking is named of the original selective pallet racking to reduce the forklift aisle. 

VNA pallet racking does not change the structure of the selective pallet racking, but change original forklift into a three-way forklift. Because the three-way forklift does not need to turn in the rack aisle, but can rotate 180 degrees to access the goods. Forklift handling aisle is relatively narrow. Therefore, it is named very narrow aisle pallet racking or VNA pallet racking. The aisle is between 1600mm-2000mm according to the different forklift truck size, which greatly improves the space utilization rate of the warehouse.
